@QBit07 Hey Mate,don't know whats going on.
I follow all the steps perfectly . I copy the Heap Adjuster,Pack file limit adjuster and the config V20 (the latest file which is inside 1868.0)
although my version is 1868.1 and im using the rockstar launcher so no offline mod.
Can you share which installation files you used and mainly the game config file?

Please guys,can someone update the gameconfig file to support 1868.1?
I'd like to install the GTA Liberty City map,but the game crash on the loading screen.
I delete the installation files one by one to see which one is causing this and is the config file.
I left the map (oiv file) installed,i can see the the liberty city map but of course is only water when i try to go there without the config file
