Hey all. So I spawned a couple of peds in object spooner. I am in Director Mode. I want to know how to toggle between my main actor and the spawned peds if that's even possible.

@V4D3R You know what? I actually downloaded and installed scene director. Not sure if it was working properly, but maybe just need to play around with it. Thanks again!

@V4D3R You may have. Your memory is much better than my own! See, I have kids so I have only so much brainpower and this is all pretty new to me. I usually start to play around with it, then the kids come in, and I have to shut it down, so ultimately I forget what stage I was in. Thanks!

Im attempting to make some machinima, but want to have multiple characters on screen, being able to change to different characters. How can I do this? Is there a mod or simply an option in Director Mode? Thanks!

Trying to add an addon ped and when I drag the files to the peds.rpf file, I get the OpenIV error in the subject line. What would cause this?

I think I figured it out. I had to copy my update folder to my mods folder first. Initially I was missing the dlcpacks folder.

Man. I created the new mods folder, but I can't get dlcpacks for addon peds to show up in my mods folder through Open IV. When you recreate a mods folder do you have to do anything other than create that folder and put mod files in it?

Thanks man. I just deleted my mods folder, created a new one and will reinstall. I only had a few installed anyways.

Hey all. I just downloaded and installed the CW The Flash DLC pack, but it's causing my game to not load for some odd reason. At least I think it is and I am trying to troubleshoot. How would I remove the oiv files?

I've been searching endlessly for this. I've been playing around with Director Mode, but cannot figure out how to bring more than one actor into the scene. I would also like to switch between the different actors if possible. Any help is much appreciated!

Most of the add-on peds have the .ini that you have to place in your scripts folder. Just wondering what the purpose is as someone new to the modding scene. I've learned a lot the past couple of months, but I have yet to understand this one. Thanks!

@ReNNie Not sure exactly what you mean as I'm fairly new to modding.

I did get it to work though. Basically re-read the FAQs and noticed this...

Q: After game update the mod stopped working, why ?
A: Everytime the game updates the dlclist.xml file is 'cleaned' and all mods lines added are removed. All you need to do is add the <Item>dlcpacks:\addonpeds</Item> line again.

Any idea why this is? For instance, to activate Menyoo I have hotkey set to default F8 and for Scene Director to F10. They work is I am pressing W to move forward with a ped, but not standing idle. What would cause this?

I have had this issue since the update. My add on peds were working fine prior to that. After the various updates to GTA, Scripthook, OpenIV, etc, (all of which I updated myself) I noticed the error (modname) was not found on peds.rpf. I am going to try to uninstall AddOnPeds and reinstall it.

Hey all. So my GTA V is updated to the latest version. I also updated my ScripthookV and OpenIV. I even re-installed Menyoo PC just to be sure. I've deleted all other trainers including ENT. When I press F8, Menyoo will not appear. Is there a way around this?

For reference I followed the readme file which states to place Menyoo.asi and MenyooStuff folder in GTAV folder.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

What do I do? I can remove ScripthookV, but then my mods won't work. I'm sure this isn't the first time it's happened. Any ideas?

Pretty simple question. Is there a mod to change the color of a car from its standard color? I found this mond. Anybody have experience with Colorshot [LUA]? I'd try it, but Im at work so I figured this is the next best thing.

@ikt Ah I see. I'm kind of new to this whole modding scene and it's a lot to take in, but the community seems great. Plus GTA V is awesome so it's a win/win.

My kid loves these GTAV mod videos. I know they are frowned upon in the community, but I'd love to get a couple to show him. Any idea where people get some of the Cars 3 characters? I saw one channel had literally all the new characters. Is it someone who knows how to mod? I know they also use some that are available here such as the Minions, but I really want Cars 3 mods. Just the main characters. Any help would be appreciated by myself and my little dude! Thanks!

I have installed everything where it needs to be. I try running the .exe as administrator (right click + open as administrator) and get 'File AddonPedsVars.xml is missing. The program will be closed'.

I have this file in the download. What do I do with it? The readme doesnt explain at all. Thanks!

I am going to do this when I get out of work. This is the best way to install player mods right? I want to use Venom in the game so I downloaded the files but there were no installation instructions, only files. I have been having trouble trying to figure that out because it's venom. whatever and not a replace.
