I finally found it

To change car color into blue for famillies and red to ballas

Open your vehiclemodelsets.meta located in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\ai & mods\common.rpf\data\ai (Edit them both)

Look for either LOWRIDERS_MODDED_BALLAS & LOWRIDERS_MODDED_FAMILY and underneath those look for where it says:
<BodyColour1 value="0" /> (Change the value into: 39 = Red & 82 = Blue) Look for buccaneer, MANANA, PEYOTE, TORNADO & tornado2. Change them all

I Already Installed Crips & Bloods Mod, But The Spawning Cars Are Still Colored Green & Purple.

Please Help How To Change This. Anyone Knows???

@InfiniteQuestion Ohh I think the problem is the replaced cars cuz when I install redux and 1500 addon cars I have no problem with that memory error but when I replaced all the cars in gta5 now I have the problem.
