hi,im wondering can i uninstall x64 folder in my mods folder,will it affect my game or something? like weapon sounds mod?

Please help,i uninstalled dlcpacks folder from update>x64 and in game i have actually nothing,is there anything that i can do? or can someone please don't send the link to mediafire or mega with all these files,i would be very greatful...
