Originally my file was too big, then I cropped it, and now when I try to upload it I get this:

Also, Is there also no way to change my icon on the forums? I thought it would change with my profile on GTA5mods, but I've changed it twice, and it's still this one.
People have ported stations from previous games but they've been without their intros & chatter & IDs, its only a set tracklist/mix, like blonded Los Santos.
Is there a way to make a new, authentic addon radio station? Me and my friends do voices and we'd love to make one.
I'm sure it would be difficult though when they've spread out the configuration files for this kind of thing as far as i can see over a few files as opposed to just a couple in IV.
holy shit i don't want to bother oleg more. that man has been through enough with me over the past week
but i have no idea how to weight paint in ZM3 and there's still no FBX support and the DAE i exported fucking breaks when imported into ZM3. i swear to god i'm trying shift clicking control clicking and plain left clicking and holding and dragging and i'm just making click and drag windows like an asshole. it's doing nothing. i look so fucking stupid and i haven't been able to find any accessible tutorials for any of this (massive auditory processing issues)

Only just found out a few days ago it's actually impossible to export ped heads with complicated face weights in GIMS EVO, so i bit the bullet and got ZM3 cuz it's the only option. Everything looks fine in ZM3 but when i export my streamed ped head looks like this

But he's rigged and everything and the weights look perfectly correct! just not the bottom lip and i think the tongue and the part of him i believe that's supposed to be connected to his spine... they're praising the sun, does anybody know what's wrong?
OH and can somebody get me a VIDEO of how to turn off the wind in zm3? I've only seen the solution in text and this UI is just... impossible to traverse without help.

@HeySlickThatsMe Right. had to find that out. well I'm going to use 3DS Max to export everything I could possibly need from IV with GIMS IV and then I'm completely removing it from my computer, I swear to god Autodesk applications are practically malware. Now I'm having issues activating my new license for zmod3 I just bought, and now I gotta wait on Oleg to get back to me on it.
Been working on my Packie McReary mod and I'm still stuck and haven't gotten any responses.
I worked on the bulk of him in Blender and then exported to FBX, imported it into 3DS Max 2017 and he looks just about perfect, and through several settings changes in import he's gotten better every time upon GIMS export— but I've come to a standstill and I have no idea what I'm doing wrong that causes this, or what I could do to fix these last issues.
Like, his visible seam, and his face deformations (ie his forehead & lips)
And in-game he looks like this. I don't even know how to describe this.
If i could get some help here it would really mean a lot.
Tried different FBX import settings and got these results instead, but as you can see, still not perfect. There's a lot of deformations and he's also got weird seams. All of these issues aren't present in 3DS Max but happen upon export with GIMS.
he also has weird reflections if you're a specific distance away, so i couldn't get a closeup of this
Exporting i get warnings like this:

May be, you've forgot to add or remove some modifiers?
And then it just goes on 65 more times with other bones.
