@LeeC2202 So i found the solution , it's a problem with a DLC Limit applied in GTA V ( i have only 17 Add-on) , but i have installed the Biker DLC gameconfig Support for Melee AI & MP Maps and my game works with all of my mods.

@LeeC2202 I will reinstall all mods and see if there is one that crashes the game. Sorry for disturbing you for so long time. I still struggle with mods installations

@LeeC2202 Now , when i remove my "mods" folder ; the game works... so problem with my folder surely.

@LeeC2202 ,I installed version 2013 and my game always crashes sadly. i need to remake my Mods folder maybe ?

@LeeC2202 I confirm, i have 2012 version and for Microsoft .NET Framework, it's the 4.6 version.

@LeeC2202 Yep , I have Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2012 and the latest version of Microsoft .NET Framework .

So, I removed the two mods I had forgotten, but the game still crashes during loading screen.
