I need some help with this error:

XML Parsing error at line 155, col 4:
End tag 'Paths' does not match the start tag 'Item'

I don't know if it is a line of one of the car mods that is causing the error (I did check all lines and nothing is missing or extra characters in lines)

So i tried copying my lines to a new dlclist.xml file but did not work. Although when i click on 'CANCEL' it shows me the line where the error is ( at the bottom '</Paths>' line ) but i have no idea what to do. Any advice or a step by step explanation to what i am doing wrong ?

just want to find out if there is a mod that is super realistic when it comes to laws in gta. I saw this Youtuber called SteveTheGamer55 has a good one but the link of that mod i cannot find. I want the police to pull me over and basically do the routine that is done in real life. Any help ?

I saw a mod the other day that lets you add like 20 police cars to the game. I just cant seem to find the mod again. If anyone can help me please ?

You see i am not so bright with this... i need to be spoon fed with a more detailed answer, like what programs i need or just a more in depth description of what to do.

I have a lot of ADD-ON cars that i would like to put in the game but i want to make my own car packs to use less space on the game DLC folder...

I have tried but failed... is there any assistance that may be provided for help me please?
