@Capone12 When you reinstalled your game did the new game launcher also install? I reinstalled my game last week but after everything updated I noticed the new style game launcher wasn't there and I had to download and install it manually, after which the game launcher worked normally again. Unfortunately the reinstall didn't fix the problem I was having but the new launcher was now working again.
