i got that aspect fixed but the trainer im using wont allow me to edit and change clothes help if can.

I purchased the game strictly for Modding got it thru Steam, I loaded a simple mod just to test, the Menyoo, did all instructions to the T, i just need a little help trynna understand how it goes. I Installed Both script hooks as well and still nothing, somebody help Please, I would appreciate it!

I installed all programs ive seen around i have The LUA , The Trainers and Both Of The Script Hooks One of The Mods Work which is The Drug Dealer Mod I installed But other then that NONE of them Come Up, I Have a PC Version build 1.0.2189.0 can Someone Reach out and Help I would Be Thankful, Starting a Mod Series!
