Hi Im a simple modder like everybody who Started with GTA SA a long time ago and after a lot of game modding, 1 million crashes, bugs, glitches, forgotten backup and all problems you can imagine i am still here and enhance my knowledge everyday thanks all.
Big shout out to every people involved in this community some of you are making things amazing , useful or not , easy or hard , but generally always so nice, just keep up , I can't do what some of you did (lazy?noo :D )

@GTA-Modding-Noob I agree with you, but I think sometimes there is nothing to do with some people, that their choice..
It's a shame that you can't share working stuff that have been forsaken.
If every mods was free to use to edit and share(only crediting), every mod would be bigger and bigger and more optimized time after time modders after modders(bcoz lot of them don't stay 4life),
but as you all know modding take a lot of efforts and time wasted irl, I get why some gratitude is important in return and that's maybe why some don't want to see their work in hand of others.
But I really don't get why they didn't want to update their mod, you know , sometimes "do not try to understand" ^^So to stay on topic I would like to hightlight this one :

Do you use Natural Vision ? If yes, there is a dlc called NVR_emissive where are a bunch of .ytd cars which can override your modded cars.
If it's not that you still can check by pressing Ctrl + F3 in Openiv and looking for the same duplicate files in your mod folder. -

Also I forgot to add that you can use betterchases script and tweak some values in the ini -

@FryTHF try to google dispatch.meta , there should be forums with pple who found how it exactly work,
I only add some vehicles I don't have the knowledge . I guess you just have to edit and tweak the spawn delay with the min/max OrderDistance to have the result you want. For the helicopter stop shooting i don't know too , maybe a line to add , another .xml file to create or edit
