RE: Failed zlib call error
even if it's look the same you can't be really sure if it's minor edits and the filesize keep it the same.
To be sure replace paths.rpf with vanilla one.
I was thinking you solved your problem that why, if it's a car it's not that hard to find what car is broken (Lods, polys, file size, comments, description on the modpage...), or EASIER replace x64e with vanilla one, you can still reinstall your modded cars one by one , see which one was causing game to crash.
Back up your old modded x64e so you can still access things.
RE: help search archive police
@thalesphilipi You should use EUP (http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/13245-eup-menu/
http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8151-emergency-uniforms-pack-law-order/ ) It can be an Alternative , at least you will find easily the uniform you want to edit.
Otherwise when you select the outfit with a trainer, you may have some intel about it . after use contol+f3 in openiv to see if there is related files, It should be something like "jbib_diff_00X_X_uni.ytd"
RE: What to do when someone steal my mods and then they rework and reupload
@DanialADH Hit them with a baseball bat . That's what CJ would have done.
But don't be too offensive it's again't community guidelines.
try to contact the author , ask him to delete the file on internet if you want it deleted otherwise
report file and bring proof to admin i guess that will be enough to get the mod removed here
RE: Failed zlib call error
@libertz Sometimes openiv crash randomly I don't think f620 is the problem , Now we know it's x64e.rpf we getting closer , I think it can be paths.rpf since it was on the last lines of logs. Already have issues with this file,
if you installed maps in the past and forgot about paths when you removed it.

Quick start guide to modding Grand Theft Auto V
Read more carefully you did wrong all is written here thanks to @ikt : https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/14693/quick-start-guide-to-modding-grand-theft-auto-v
GTA V mods roughly exist in two distinct categories: resource mods and scripts. You'll need a couple of things to get this to work!
ScriptHookV enabled scripts for GTA V.
OpenIV enables modifying archives and adding archives.
ScriptHookVDotNet enables scripts written in .NET languages. It relies on ScriptHookV.
Download the archives or installers from the websites.
Installation: Basically just follow the instructions!
ScriptHookV: Open the archive, extract the files inside the bin folder to your GTA V root.
ScriptHookVDotNet: Open the archive, extract ScriptHookVDotNet.asi and ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll to your GTA V root.
OpenIV: Run the installer.
ScriptHookVDotNet has its scripts inside a separate folder inside the GTA V root folder, so create a scripts folder in there. .dll and .cs scripts you download will go in here.
OpenIV needs some additional setup. Run the program and point it to your GTA V directory if necessary. Go to Tools -> ASI Manager and install ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI if they aren't installed already. You'll also want to set up a mods folder. This keeps your original game files clean! As a start, put your update.rpf in the mods folder. You'll need to edit it anyway." *******
