Final Progress Update Before Uploading:
For Sim-cade Handling:

• Need to do a quick re-test some planes since they had a few minor tweaks.
• Need a quick test on all bikes due to some changed values.
• Almost all other vehicles are or should be complete, with fixed bugs, such as the duneloader rolling over too easily, etc.

For Ultimate Sound Swap:

• Finally made another OIV package for both vanilla and WoV compatible versions.
• It is 100% complete, just need some short documentation.

Also, been working on another new mod and should probably be out around the same time if all goes well...

I've been tinkering around with the carcols files to increase output of all levels of upgrades to better match upgrades found in RL in terms of performance gains per stage tune, etc. i have done so, but with limited sucess and but I cannot find which value affects the turbo upgrades anywhere in the files.

Anyone know where the file that affects the turbo upgrade is located? I remember Rockstar made the turbo upgrade decrease performance at one point, then they changed some file in next update and fixed the glitch, so if someone knows which file they changed that fixed the issue, then that is probably also the same file that affects turbo upgrade and the amount of gains acquired from purchasing the upgrade. If someone knows which files it was, please let me know as I've been searching for that file for awhile now...

@ikt they should be the same, and I believe they share the same handling as well
