Hi everyone!

I've had success with this method.

First, remove ScriptHookV.dll from your GTA V directory.

Install RAGE Plugin Hook if you haven't already installed it.

Then install the following mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/asi-support-for-rage-plugin-hook

Then run the game via RAGE Plugin Hook . exe

This is a temporary fix until ScriptHookV is upated!!
