eddlms mod outright barely works if we could get a successor

Cars affected:
Kuruma {both normal and armored}
Guardian
Faction {both normal and lowrider}

Is there some other place with ids for said cars.
Also I have ivpack and vwe and dw

I've had this problem for almost a month now idk what is causing it could this have something to do with it?

nvm didin't have visual c 2013 even tho i swear i did....

i used dnspy and clicked on always open dll files.... they stoped working.... then i got them back to dlls they still don't work..... i prefer to not have to install op system again.....

What decides how many modkits there are?

Rde's gameconfig is limited.... I was able to get most cars to works but the one's with customizable parts etc.... carcols is good car mod rpf in the right place but yet all the mods ingame say null and are invisible.... The car that is doing this... so far...

@ikt It's an open iv issue.....:( I'll eventually figure it out....

@ikt Everything updated scripthookV, scripthookdotnet, and game version are all the latest I heard some other people also getting crashes with it.
To my knowledge it's been like this ever since the update was released...

Is the anything that yall have tried...

1. Updating RDE Config...
2. Deleted scripts folders... Temporally...
3. Updated all possible mods...
