I'll make it quick, we all know some weapons have a very dissapointing fire rate, let's take for example the appistol, almost everyone on the modding community has changed this weapon for a glock 18, i think everybody agrees the fullauto pistol kinda sucks when it comes to it's fire rate, but if u are playing on pc and want a cooler full appistol well u have come to the right place!. in reality is really easy to mod the weapon so it shoots faster lol, just use these lines on ur weaponanimations.meta and weapons.meta, here are the lines u need to change (the highlighted are the only ones that need to change, u also have to change the weapon sound to the microsmg bc the appistol sound lags), the best thing is that this method doesn't mess your custom weapons.meta and weaponsanimations.meta, you choose what you change! https://imgur.com/a/kgrFdj2
and if u want to change the fire rate to any other weapons is as simple as that!

i really don't know if this has already been done, but anyone remember the gamplay reveal for gta v, the kill effect in the old gen (ps3 and x360) was different, was more like a blur effect, like in RDR1, is any way possible to do it? i really like it, but i don't know how to mod, how difficult that would be? i'll be waiting for answers:-)
