try to look for something like this:

C:\Users\User-Name\AppData\Roaming\GTAV Enhanced Native Trainer\ent.db

if you find it, than delete the file.

I had the same error. What helped to me was to remove the Database memory files which are usually located on C:\user files, search there for GTA V ENT or ENT. You will lost your ENT in-game config and saved car, etc. But you don't have to re-install the whole game.
