I'm looking for someone to release a non els flatbed tow truck with working lights

Hey guys, I'm trying to find the texture used on the mission row station. Outside of that station you look right and it says LOS SANTOS POLICE. I'm trying to find that exact texture. I have looked through the embedded textures with the model and no luck thanks.
