They all spawn just fine. Haven't tried the cheat-menu route; but that's because you don't have to: Menyoo and Simple trainer can spawn them for you, and they stay perfectly spawned.

Just open task manager ctrl+alt+esc and minimize the game ....
Wait for 2 , 4 minutes then maximize the game .....
This solved my problem

What doesn't exactly work? Do they disappear after spawning, or don't they spawn at all? Try using another trainer if the latter is the case.

@kixneel Try to open OpenIV and it should give you a notification to "UpdateRPF" ??
