He was able to render it on Codewalker . This is pure reverse engineering by the way, don't expect it to be close to Rockstar's actual source code.
edit: I see you were talking about cloth shader. So far, moving flags aren't rendered at least on CodeWalker.
He was able to render moving trees though.

Doesnt GTA V use cloth simulation? Thats what Oleg told me for Zmodeler3.

OP is asking for a script that mimicks RDR's gameplay. The source code will be completely different than Rockstar's one so you can't really get C&D. And going by that logic, 90% of the mods on this website would have been taken down since the assets are completely ripped from other games.

You need to edit navmesh to make a working ped path. Here in GTA V its stored in .ynv
Node paths are for vehicle traffic only.
