I try download again GTA V because doesnt working even replacing textures

it still doesnt work

Hi.
I download files from http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/ and copy all files (from "bin") then past this files in the game. When I'm in the game and press "F4" nothing happens. I dont know what I'm doing wrong. I have rockstar version.
Please hel me.
