Basically to change the speed at which your walk/run, but leave the default animation at the same speed. E.g. So you go twice as fast but your legs move the same.

I'm looking particularly for a yft file type to export it as a file with skel extension.

We have a rocket car, but the SLF450X from midnight club II actually has 2 rockets! That's right 2! Also it flies off when it hits any tiny ramp, super fun.
