My game was hella slow when in game, the textures are blurry and has a low fps. I lowered the graphics, fully updated GPU, removed the mod folder and still lagging...
my specs:
Amd Ryzen 5 3400g
Radeon rx Vega 11
8gb ram
but when I restart my rig, it was just running fine and has no issue! I assume this is something to do with memory , any answers would be appreciated.

@ThaRealest34 I highly recommend to read this guide: https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/14693/quick-start-guide-to-modding-grand-theft-auto-v and if you want to watch how to install some mods go to games & graphics on youtube. Just make sure to make backups before installing mods hope it helps 
My Karin Technical Custom has missing mod parts like chassis and can't change wheels, I modify this cars via trainer .(menyoo and enhanced native trainer) my game version was 1.0.1180.2 , I installed 3 addon cars and when I spawn
the saved vehicle, the mod parts and liveries options are gone.
The other saved vehicles are fine and has no issues but i still don't know what really happened.
does anybody know how to fix this because I have faced a bug where my guns shot through anything just like snipers, I remove some scripts, and the bug still in there. this is the mods I installed:
I suspected that it could be the Rageuphoria since it has a "Weapon Physics" but I don't know what mods are conflicted, I hope answers this it would be helpful
