off of steam or rockstar game launcher

so i stop playing gta 5 on pc for couple of months and when i want get back on it which today it does not start working i deleted the old mods i have menyoo trainer i deleted cause their a new one and scripthook is there a way to delete all files from steam or anything of info of help

@chonkie is the codewalker on this site what does it do i also have another question about dlcpacks when you copy and paste it into your dlclist XML so i was going get this zr380 with gta wiseguy mod to but i soo confused he has this when you type it in the dlclist xml

@Algonquin1234 i try removing script folder it crash i dont know if i have enable mp cars asi is it in my open iv and i took out all the mods but i not sure if they in open iv and there some about ENB setup or something i need to find it if i can
