I still need help.

Hello!
I've been trying to get the Simple Zombies mod to work and for some odd reason, whenever I turn the infection on, the textures on the people go bloody as if they were zombies, but they just act like people. Traffic also continues. A lot of people are having the issue. Does anyone know a fix?
