Hi
I wrongly registered an account with an old email, now I want to register a new account with a new email and username for my team.
When I log out and register a new one, I keep getting a notification:
"Sorry, you are currently ineligible to create a new account. Please contact us if you believe you have received this message in error."
Please anyone tell me how to do it, I really appreciate it.
