Hi. I've seen this many times, but I can't find that mod. I don't have exact video right now. But it's shifting gears manually in a car (stick) and pushing gas pedals and both have animations. What mod could that be?

Hi guys, I just got back from a long break from gaming. And I just re-downloaded my GTA V, ScriptHook V and Menyoo mod menu. But for some reason I can't get it to work? I pasted all files to the game folder and It's not working? I tryed googling and reading on some forums but I didn't find anything. I see ScriptHook V is last updated December 2017. So it's not working at the moment or what?
