At 4-5 stars it will appear. Also there are dogs that kill the player so the dogs could be used with replaced models that come out of police cars and hunt the player

I've spawned it in Menyoo but it does nothing so is there a mod to make a functioning MOC?

I've noticed it's missing but i can still go inside normal. I think some other stuff might've gone missing too not sure

When I open it in steam it doesn't open or show any message that tells you it's not working. so I tried on the desktop and it's the same results. How do I get it working.

btw i deleted the mod folder so there aren't any mods apart from scripts

there are tons of skins for it. is there a reason?
