want to make my own car mod and need help

Hey there, I`m looking for a nice mk 4 model.
Is there anybody interested in creating one?
I have cool ideas for customisations, liveries, models etc but I cant creat one cause I havent the know how...
Me, from germany, drieves a golf mk4 comfortline for one year and its stil my favourite car!

My questions:
Are there good models in some games (I only know the gti in Need for Speed Underground and Underground 2)
Are there any fans to help me to creating my dremcar for gta 5?
