@JohnFromGWN After studying many GTA forums, I came to the conclusion that my problem is any mod that I installed, but I have so many of them that deleting everything and installing again is a waste of time.

Exit code 0xc0000005 - I will briefly describe the error. You go into GTA and the game crashes in the boot menu without loading up to the story mode. The launcher shows the error code above.
I identified the problem by the fact that Script Hook V, which was released recently (July 27), is to blame for everything. If you delete all its files, GTA runs smoothly.
I have a question, is this possible because of the addon or is it a problem with the new version of the Script Hook V?
