@TwixFroGGer Do you have ENB installed as well? If so check bloom settings. Did you download NVE from Razed patreon? If so, you should have access to his discord and can ask him directly. He would be your best option for any issues or setting adjustments with NVE.

RE: Someone help me on how to get my graphics to look like thisposted in General Modding Discussion
@Dom47 Its quite simple really.
1 - You need a decent rig to start. Since all of this will need GPU horsepower I recommend a 2080ti at the very least. Depending on how many mods you have you can get away with a lessor card.
2 - You'll need to "support" the creators on patreon to gain access to QuantV and or NVE or whatever else these guys put behind a paywall these days.
3 - Download Reshade and ENB. Either play with the settings or you can try some presets posted here or again go "support" someone who makes presets.
4 - EnjoyP.S. As good as these graphic enhancers look they all take a toll on your PC performance. If you notice, all of these guys showing off the pretty graphics usually don't have other mods running ie; replaced cars or other retexture mods because if they did they would have huge performance loss.
Personally, I'm running a R7 3700x, RTX 3070, 16gb ram overclocked to the max and currently have about 800 mods or so. That includes all traffic replaced, real world textures, veg improvements, ped replacements, and map addons etc.. I made my own preset for Reshade and ENB as my only "graphic enhancers". Settings are not completely maxed out like grass, shadowing, and post fx. And my highest FPS sits at around 48-58 during heavy loads. After thorough testing I found that is my sweet spot to be able to enjoy the better graphics and mods.
In the end it comes down to preference and what do you want from the game. I personally want a real life counter part experience with some polish. Others want high FPS and others want the shiniest of graphics. Once you figure which route you want to go then you tinker with the mods/enhancers to see which you like best and what works best with your rig. -
Looking for some zmodeler3 help with wheel alignment pleaseposted in General Modding Discussion
Hey all, I recently starting working on replacing the vanilla intruder model with https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2009-infiniti-g37-s-sedan-gta-5-unlocked
but when in game the car floats and then drops on the road when I get close to it. Especially during a mission. Since the model is unlocked I attempted to adjust/scale it in Zmodeler to the vanilla model and succeeded with the chassis floating however the wheels are halfway into the ground in game. Everything is centered and aligned to the world in Zmodeler and in the preview in OIV the model looks perfect. Wheels spin perfectly on axis too. Can anyone share any light please?

RE: Anyone else hurting to get more FPS while mods are active?posted in General Modding Discussion
@OneMinuteYT I figured ENB is but I don't believe I have that many 4k textures to be honest. I purposely went for lessor polygonal mods to maintain performance but perhaps no matter what it still takes a tole regardless. I would love 60 fps with the mod setup I have but until the 3090 becomes more available Ill have to settle with my watered down version.. for now

@ItsJustCurtis After doing these fps boost tutorials on yotube Im experiencing Memory Error crashes lol. I believe Ill upgrade to 32GB memory anyway as I plan to start learning 3D Modeling here and there.
Anyway, wow even on top spec machines they still only get 100 fps on low settings?! And I assume that is without mods correct? Well that then makes me feel betterWithout ENB alone and only Reshade running I will get a good 50-70 fps depending where in the city I am which, isn't bad at all and feels really good when playing. I didn't noticed much of a boost in fps when I lowered textures to be honest.. I forgot to post screen captures of settings but will do it tonight incase Im missing some crucial settings.

RE: Anyone else hurting to get more FPS while mods are active?posted in General Modding Discussion
@ItsJustCurtis Yeah I hear ya. When I turn ENB off I gain 10+ FPS. But I thought with a decent GPU I would be doing better on performance than what I'm getting now. I read that ENB eats up RAM, would upgrading to 32GB help or it still all falls on GPU?

Anyone else hurting to get more FPS while mods are active?posted in General Modding Discussion
I don't have the most powerful PC but it is a decent rig to play all of my games on max settings 144hz and 100fps+. But when it comes to GTV my PC struggles to keep 30-40fps on max settings with all of my mods. Is that normal or am I not doing something right?
Current PC Specs:
Ryzen 7 3700x @ 4.0GHz
MSI Gaming Trio RTX 3070
G-Skill Trident 16GB @ 3200MHz
Dedicated 870evo SSD for GTA
Windows 10 64bitI followed a couple videos on youtube to improve FPS making various adjustments which helped a little but nothing spectacular. Also does not help when these videos tell me to lower settings which is something I am not trying to do lol. I also does not help when these tutorials don't include mods. An I understand visual mods take up some juice but do they take up that much? I am not using any graphic or retexture mods other than ENB and Reshade.
Current Mods
ENB + Reshade
200+ Replaced Cars (moderately sized around 10-15MB on average)
Police/Swat retextured peds
Weapons retextured
10 different scriptsCurrently I running Med-High settings windowed borderless and would get 40-60FPS driving around the city with traffic, population, and variety set to max. Ill post a pic of my settings soon but figured I get the ball rolling and ask if these results are normal for the amount of mods I have? I know the obvious would be to get a better GPU but thats not really an option right now lol. There really is no bottleneck in my setup but would upgrading anything else benefit my situation. Any insight would greatly be appreciated

RE: Is the community nearly dead?posted in General Modding Discussion
@Darth-Elgor I feel you. I only started using this site and mods a few months ago and may have not noticed the decline like you have. I did however, see many abandoned and outdated mods which I see why after reading the comments
Jokes aside, there is a lot of good mods here that I wish the creators could give them some love again and or, at the very least release the source code so someone else can.

@IAmJFry
I'm not a modder by any stretch but I can totally emphasize with you. If I had any bit of the talent you guys have to put in spare time to create and all have some entitled idiot negatively criticize my work because they don't know what they are doing Id lose interest in modding here too. It ruins it for the remaining people with some intellect and know how to read install instructions.
@Darth-Elgor
I Personally can't blame creators who go Patreon. It is a form of "E-Begging" but if they invest enough of their time and have quality mods, why not? Don't get me wrong there is nothing better than free mods but if you can make a living off of your talent you can't hate either. This isn't praising cash grabs however, or the lazy authors who make one mod and milk it afterwards. Or creators who take advantage of their "supporters" trust me there are there are many. But if you create quality and give consistent support I think you deserve to be able to sell your mods. You would then bring in people who actually respect the creator and the work. -
RE: Add-on Car limitposted in Installation Help & Troubleshooting
@Xmodz Try another gameconfig as not all work the same. Also it can be the new mod itself that you are trying to add thats causing the issue. Try adding a different one to see if you have different results.

@FadeRemix You will also need these. Follow the install instructions that are provided by each of them.

https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heapadjuster
https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjusterIf the game continues to crash after you install all of these then you will have to then check the car mods themselves as they can be the ones causing the crashes.

RE: game out of memoryposted in Installation Help & Troubleshooting
@ItsJustCurtis Not trying to hijack the thread but I too will randomly have this issue still with all prerequisites installed. You mentioned that it depends on the machine you have. Well I have Ryzen 3700X, 16GB 3600Mhz RAM, and 3070 GPU. Its not the most powerful rig but it should well enough no?
At this time I have about 200 replaced cars with another 100 or so add on cars. No graphic or texture mods other than ENB. Note that all of my replaced cars are around 10MB or under in size. I usually don't have any ingame graphic loading issues either so am wonder if I just am reaching the game engine's limit? -
RE: GTA V crashes with no obvious reason.posted in Installation Help & Troubleshooting
@Medved Your crashes are a result of a bad mod, simply put one or more of the cars is causing your game to crash. Remove all of the cars or mods and install them or the packs one by one while stress testing the game after each addition. By stress test I mean driver around, shoot, and blow stuff up for about 45min or 1hr. If you dont crash keep adding another until a crash accrues. Then you will know which mod is the culprit. I had this same issue as you but then realized that not all mods are created equal or "well". Its a tedious process but its possible to have as many mods as you want "within the game's memory limit". I myself have 200+ replaced cars and about another 100 add on cars on top of texture mods and scripts and have not experienced a crash since I weeded out the bad ones.

Looking for ENB gurus for some helpposted in Installation Help & Troubleshooting
I'm not to experienced with sharers always wanted to try. I have the latest ENB with pretty standard presets minus some tweaks to car reflections and some other shadows. However, I noticed a "wet or shinny" type look to characters now and can get overly to bright during cutscenes. Can someone point me to where that can be adjusted?
Also, Id like to enhance the puddle reflections more if possible. At the moment I have them set to high. The ped cars reflect great but my car is a bit dull. Anyway to increase the reflections ?
Thank you -

Help Please. Is there anyway to stop replaced vehicles from glitching out in story mode cutscenes?posted in Installation Help & Troubleshooting
I have been trying to replace the vanilla vehicles with their real life counter parts however I am hitting some walls when it comes to the cutscenes. Some vehicles work great while others complete glitch out during cutscenes. Is there anyway to solve this?? I have tried multiple replace models for some with still glitchy results
I have adjusted the carvariations, carcols, and even removed the vehicle mods themselves and I still have the cars glitch out. I tried various replace cars with no extras and same results. At this point I am wondering if its the way they have been modeled? Is there something that needs changing or adding in Zmodler3? I have a few unlocked models that I'm willing to experiment with if anyone can lend me some advice. Thank you!
Some examples

RE: Replacing cars but having random crashesposted in Installation Help & Troubleshooting
@a63nt-5m1th If I were to find an unlocked model to replace the Premier lets say, would you happen to know what things I would need to change or duplicate in from the original Premier in Zmodler to avoid the glitches? Like seating positions or extras, or modification points? I'm looking at this model and I am wondering if I can pull it off
I'm just learning Zmodler and would be a good learning experience if something can be done.

RE: Replacing cars but having random crashesposted in Installation Help & Troubleshooting
@a63nt-5m1th I went back and sifted through ever carvariation, carcol, and vehiclemodelset in the game. Changed what needed to be changed and looks like we got even worse results
I believe these issues now come down to the model build itself.. I don't think anything further can be done

RE: Replacing cars but having random crashesposted in Installation Help & Troubleshooting
@a63nt-5m1th Forgive my delay in response and hopefully you are still around to help. I took a few days off from the game, all this time tinkering with mods burnt me out. I upped my replaced cars to about 110 + some add on cars and wheel packs. I managed to get the game running very stable with the once in a while "Game Memory" error which I am going to try to resolve. I do have the anti crash necessities however still getting that error here and there. 98% of my replaced cars are under 20MB with a good 75% of them if not more are 10M or less. I do not have graphical issues while playing the game so I'm a little stumped by this
Maybe I should try another game config? Ill keep trying to find a fix.
Anyway, to continue where we left off.. I went back to replay a few missions to get you screenshots. Here are a few, and I went back and removed all of the car mods in the mods/x64e directory. Still these issues persist. I wonder if there is another car mod folder in any of the update files and or another vehiclevariations, carcols, vehicle.meta that's continuing the issue? Ill start weeding those out tomorrow and will update. In the mean time here are some pics so you can see what I'm on about. These are from the first couple missions in the game if you hadn't started your play through yet minus the last pictures which are from later in the game. You can see that at the first part of the cut scene the appears glitched but then later on its completely fine. And yes I replaced the top animations correctly as you can see with the Audi. Its really weird some cars work perfect and others are a mess. Like there are 2 BJxl replace models on this site. 1 of them completely glitches out in the Complications cutscene while the other works perfectly. Im stumped
