I guess to answer your question that's locked.
No, ENB or any mod in that matter can't be used in GTA Online, due to the game knowing you have modded files. Is it safe? I mean so long the file you downloaded doesn't have a virus or does anything harmful to your PC, I'm sure it's safe! Just no way to use it in Online however.

@TheGraphic Alright, I'm back. Had some stuff to deal with.
What you do is have the editor open, export your add-on peds ymt file via OpenIV or whatever other program you have your add-on ped on.
Then press file and click on "Open (YMT)" then click on your exported ymt file. You'll then be in a page called "Components", press the LOWR or FEET option depending on what ped you have and click on "View component properties".
You'll see different hashes, flags and etc, you'll see something called "shoe_xxx". Reason I put those x's is because there's a couple of different shoe types for npc's.Those being:
shoe_flip_flops - For sandals or flip flops
shoe_barefoot - For no shoes
shoe_heels - For high heels
shoe_trainers - For sneakers
shoe_heavy_boots - For combat boots
shoe_dress_shoes - For both dress shoes, like oxfords
shoe_rubber_boots - For normal bootsJust click on it and choose which type of footstep sounds you'll like to pick.
I've made a pic-by-pic tutorial, if you're confused: https://imgur.com/a/TtQMLWtAfter you're done changing the sounds, just press file and save it as a YMT to replace your normal one and drag and drop it in OpenIV. To make sure you did it right, just open your edited YMT on the editor again and check if the footstep sounds are how you left it. Once everything went right, you should be good to go.

All 3 main characters are friendly to the player no matter if you changed your player model, the only way you can actually kill them is through Menyoo, just change their relationship status through "Spooner Mode" you'll see it as the first option in "Ped Options" I believe. Just change it to "SPOONER_ENEMIES" and it should work.
To change it without using Menyoo, I have no clue. Maybe try editing the "relationships.dat" file in OpenIV if you're willing to edit it. -

The update is alright, not amazing but not awful.
Love the cars they added, the missions are alright I guess. They nerfed that dang mosquito (oppressor mk.2) which is great even though it's been long overdue at this point. It's what I think, not that anyone cares. -

For me, mods are a mixed bag. You got those really creative mods (which is rare nowadays) Aaand you got those meh mods (which is abundant on here)
Mods I like are the lore-friendly ones, like that new dart pistol mod, prolly my new favorite weapon mod rn.

This is really strange, since I'm also playing on the latest version and drum mags work for me.
Heck, I even replaced my carbine rifle with another model and the drum mag still works.
Maybe something's wrong with "weaponcomponents.meta"?

What do you mean?
Like ingame or in the model viewer?If in the model viewer, you can't.
All cars are white in the viewer.But ingame, you need to have a "carvariations.meta", which allows the car to have random colors of your choice.
I'll let someone else take over for all the file editing and all that.

RE: Help me find the songs file for radio props
Might be related, but I found a way to change what radio station these ambient radios are playing.
For example, I changed a spot in Vespucci Beach that usually plays Los Santos Rock Radio to Kult FM.
You need to edit the game.dat151.rel file and search up the radio name, "RADIO_02_POP" for example.
And copy its hash name, that being "hash_B5DD6F19" and just press find next on Notepad and you'll find coordinates under <RadioStation> which says the hash name.
Just copy and paste them in Codewalker to see where these are, usually it's interiors or random places in the map.
I'll post a pic to show what I mean later, cause it's hard to explain it lol

Unused melee weapon anims
Don't know where to put this, but just wanted to show off some unused melee animations I found for the small melee weapons (i.e. Flashlight, Crowbar, .etc)
I've managed to "restore" them via the "results.meta" file but it's not a perfect restoration. As seen with the last NPC, I didn't hit the NPC at all. With the other issue being that the anim takes awhile to end, meaning the player can't move until the anim is over. If I could find a solution for these, I'll def upload this to the site.I've also found a bunch of unused executions for the large melee weapons (i.e. Baseball Bat and Golf Club)

NPCs able to execute you (REQUEST)
A cool mod idea I thought of was having NPCs being able to execute you if you're too close to them, in the normal game they'll melee you with whatever weapon they have if you're too close but it doesn't kill you, I think changing that to where they'll one hit melee your character will make close quarter combat more difficult and fun.

I've done this in the past, it's "FLAG_SMALL_WORKER".
Just simply delete all lines that say that in the meta file, and you're good.
