I'm gonna go through step by step here, because I know somewhere I did something wrong. Or didn't do something right.
- Copied my GTA folder to use the copy as my modded game folder. Mostly so that if I screwed something up, I could delete the modded folder and copy fresh.
- Downloaded ScriptHookV_1.0.1365.1 from the dev's website, for current version.
- Extracted contents into (the drive where I have my GTA) R:/Grand Theft Auto V
- Downloaded ScriptHookVDotNet
- Extracted contents into R:/Grand Theft Auto V
- Downloaded OpenIV 3.0, Installed it, and ran it
- Pointed OpenIV to R:/Grand Theft Auto V
- Went into ASI Manager, installed all three options
- At this point, I went into GTA and hit F4 (using the Native Trainer as a control test) and nothing happened.
What am I missing?
