@FidelPerez No problem, let me know if it doesnt work, but if it does you should change the title of the thread to "[SOLVED]"

RE: [SOLVED] prop_phone_ing_02.ytd
@FidelPerez http://www.mediafire.com/download/6veutzu6gyjl3kw/prop_phone_ing_02.ytd there you go, but I should let you know, you should be using the mods folder feature from the openIV program, it does all the backups for you, and lets you play online

RE: openiv
@Akila_Reigns It's just google translate lol, he's speaking Italian, translate what you want to say into the language theyre speaking, and translate their responses, but I gotchu dude; @grandegabus Elimina anche Openiv.asi e asi loader

RE: openiv
@grandegabus Se si utilizza la cartella mods come OpenIV ti ha detto di , basta cancellare la cartella

RE: Can you change which car replace mods replace?
@Akila_Reigns Just did that also, everything has been fined by just replacing the names, but what I'm trying to get to work are the tuning parts. Already changed the tuning parts ytf and the parts individually inside the archive, nothing

RE: Can you change which car replace mods replace?
@FoxtrotDelta So let's say theres a mod that replaces the Sabre GT, but I want it to replace the Vigero instead, after renaming the files accordingly, I would have to go to vehicles.meta and change the properties of the Vigero? What exactly do I change?

RE: .RAR files
@ALABAMA4x4 rar and zip are fundamentally the same thing, small differences though, like zip archives faster, but whatever program youre using should work for both

RE: Can you change which car replace mods replace?
@Frazzlee I've done that, didn't change anything in game
-
RE: Can you change which car replace mods replace?
@FoxtrotDelta I'm sorry if I'm asking too much but is there a tutorial how to do that somewhere? Or could you explain further? Damn some of these authors, I know I should be grateful for what I'm being given but, seriously, why would you make a Ferrari mod and then have it replace the warrener? Makes no sense.

RE: Can you change which car replace mods replace?
Where would I be able to change the pack location?
As you can see I renamed it to infernus, but it still has that "pack:/t20_hi" . I looked in game, and it still looks like the normal infernus, I think I need to change that.

RE: Can you change which car replace mods replace?
@aysammy I see, thank you very much

Can you change which car replace mods replace?
For example, if I download a replace car mod, and it wants me to replace the t20, can I just change the names of the files accordingly to, lets say, infernus if I want it to replace infernus instead?

RE: Couldn't find model when searching for car manually
@Akila_Reigns Yes, thank you very much! The cars I found to be the problem were the Supra and S15 (damn, I really wanted to drive these too). Think you could try at least one of these and see if its a universal problem, or something I did wrong in their installation? It's only a favor though, you don't have to. Thanks a lot for your help, I'm not sure how to give you more "rep" on the forum, please let me know.

RE: Couldn't find model when searching for car manually
@Akila_Reigns Here you go, the last five items are add-on cars.

RE: Couldn't find model when searching for car manually
@Akila_Reigns The direct file, or do you want a screenshot?

RE: Couldn't find model when searching for car manually
@Akila_Reigns Yes, it did. I also wish to add that in my further troubleshooting, I made a backup of my update folder and modified it directly instead of through the mods folder, no changes there either. Afterwards, I went back to the original update update folder with the modified update folder in the mods folder.

RE: Couldn't find model when searching for car manually
@Akila_Reigns Still nothing, I can't seem to find anything to pinpoint the problem, also tried installing other car mods and nothing, still won't spawn add-on cars.

RE: Couldn't find model when searching for car manually
@Akila_Reigns Yep, I've read through that also, I've done everything as you've posted. Still can't seem to spawn cars in game. I've installed the ASI loaders from OpenIV and even ran GTA through OpenIV to see if it would make a difference, it did not. The trainer you used is also one that I've tried. One thing I feel I should note now is, that my steam is not installed on Local Disk (C:)/Program Files/ (because Windows 10 is installed on my 250GB SSD, which is not enough space for games). My steam directory (and thus gta) is installed under (D:)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V . Not sure if this should make a difference (especially since the trainer is working) but felt I should voice it anyways. Thanks again

RE: Couldn't find model when searching for car manually
@Akila_Reigns I've tried it with the original gameconfig from the game itself, and right now I'm using this gameconfig. I've also tried the gameconfig that came with the supra mod (replacing the original gameconfig using OpenIV, and that was what I assumed resulted in my only crash when loading into story mode.

Couldn't find model when searching for car manually
Hello everybody, let me apologize if this question has been answered before, I only did a brief skim through the forums looking for my own question.
Anyways, I recently wanted to start adding cars and mods to my game, so I can enjoy single player differently, however, whenever I search for a car using Enhanced Native Trainer it tells me each time; "Couldn't find model 'x'".
I have done everything as per this video:
, to the dot, but for whatever reason, I can't search cars manually.
I have three car mods at the moment, none of which I could get to work:
I have tried different trainers, and doubled checked everything to make sure it was all in proper order. Everything is the latest version, and I have all prerequisites. All trainers work and zero crashes, just the simple "Search Car Manually" function doesn't seem to work.
Thanks in advance to anybody who is willing to answer my question and help me, I don't want my GTA modding career to be a bust : | . Cheers.
