Use the follow new uploads feature in the mod author's page that you think makes the best mods,check out the featured mods page,this way you'd avoid all the bad mods wont ya ?

Keep in mind this is a community where mod authors share their work which they've done in their Free Time, people upload things which they think others would enjoy like themselves,maybe it's not up to your flavour but someone else might wanna have a try.

People evolve,today that someone might have uploaded a shitty mod,but after enough practise one defenitely could become a great modder,let's take a look here,Vans123,one of the best car modders here,what was his first mod ? Franklin's new wardrobe ! (No offense here,vans) what about one of the best millitary modders here? Foxtrotdelta? a bunch of pakistan retextures
Now if that filter thing was really done,noone would ever check out the newbies section,without any backfeed,how could one learn from their past mistakes huh?

Then about the beta mods,like I said before,this is a platform to share,some modders might would like to take advises during development,thus they publish their beta version to get some feedbacks,but unfortunatly some of the mods never get to be completed due to authors' personel issues or other stuffs,but a beta version is always better than nothing,right? Let's admit that we all feel bad that Liberty city by OpenIV never made it to a public release,if they ever published a beta version,we would at least have a LC island to scroll around (But I'm sure they have their own policies there so I'm not blaming anyone)
Now go,do some custom works with your account,to get what information you want.If you really cant bother to see those so called shitty mods,then go,create your own site,with your own rules,too bad our site cant live up to your expectation.
