This is my first post and another attempt from many failures to get a vehicle mod working
I have followed all the instructions, replaced files, and added necessary folders to gta 5.
There are some parts that could have messed up the process:
1.) I have modified both update folder in mods and the original game's file.
2.) I have no idea how to upload pictures but for the dlclist, all the others are begins and ends with / but the one that i copied off the instructions begins and ends with . So instead of <Item>dlcpacks:/s500w222/</Item>, its <Item>dlcpacks:\s500w222</Item>.
3.) The way i replaced the files/ saving them could be wrong as well, I exported dlclist as plain text, opened with notepad, copy and pasted directly from the instructions (which already lined up perfectly), and saved it as "3.xml". (I didn't use the original name). Then I replaced it.
I am using the Enhanced native trainer i dont know if that makes a difference because in the instruction guide, it says spawn with "s500w222" using Menyoo or simple trainer.
Any help would be appreciated. If you need more information, i would be glad to provide them. I have gave up on vehicle modding many times because i was confused af but I hope the gods in this community can help me success for the first time.
