Are there any 10 star wanted level mods here? I searched using terms like 'wanted' and '10 star' but couldn't find anything.

I am looking for one where i can start on 0 stars and slowly build up to 10 stars in game, not one that instantly starts on 10 stars.

Any help would be great!
