hi everyone, I have a rather strange question. assuming that the map of gta history is different from that of gta online, and, I'm not a pc wizard, but I think that anyway the map of gta online is inside the game files and not that it is loaded by the servers (a part activities, points of interest, etc ...). So my question is this: since I was banned from gta online, is there a way to play offline with the gta online map?

Hello everyone. Whenever I spawn a car with the Menyoo menu mod, as a maximum speed it always gives me 539km/h, and therefore every time I have to go in and change the car settings to increase the limit.
Is there a way to make a non-stock value default, perhaps by going to edit the .ini file? I checked inside the file, but there is no string regarding the maximum speed applicable to all cars.
