[Script] NPC vehicles(not parked) turn on their headlights when it's overcast/rainingposted in Requests
Typically you turn on your headlights when it's raining/overcast in real life so others can see you more easily yet (as far as I know) NPC vehicles only turn them on when it's night time.
BONUS REQUEST: We know that not everyone necessarily turns on their headlights so perhaps 1 in 20 vehicles don't have them on (percentage adjustable with .ini config perhaps)
