had to optimize the glass windows (windscreen, windscreen_r etc..) in zmodeler.

This model will be released.

I know, but I noticed comments in the download section of the mod where users are still having this mod working correctly, So i'm guessing there is something wrong in my settings.

(The only thing I replace is the gameconfig file because without the latest 1 the game will crash.

By cracks, do you mean bullet holes? Is there a flag called FLAG_BULLETPROOF_GLASS or FLAG_BULLET_RESISTANT_GLASS in the vehicles.meta?

Have you tried changing the External ID to 120 in ZModeler?
