Is there a way to Delete my Save Game Files? Cause My GTA5 kept crashing when I try to launch it. Now my Save Game File is Corrupted.

Please someone kindly upload the original file for "prop_phone_ing_02.ytd" located in x64c.rpf/levels/gta5/props/lev_des/lev_des.rpf cause when I try to use the phone of trevor it crashes the game, I forgot to back it up first. Silly me, so, Please someone help me.. It's Urgent. My mission is in need of the phone. Thanks in advance.
