either you have done it wrong or not install something or your pc cant handle it, I have the same visuals and it plays fine

@Pantyshot I’m looking for one that’s dark at night but not pitch black as I do alot of night patrols.

Would any good modder be willing to do me the jjdawkins mega pack cars in black and white like his Tahoe colours but for the charger and other cars etc? I'll be willing to offer payment for the correct job
