Well, I've found the error has something to do with Benny's, but it's not mod-specific. OpenInteriors and the actual Benny's mod make the game crash whenever I'm in that area. Near it or inside it.
@FranklinWannabe You didn't say anything about FlawlessWidescreen before and ultimately a missing C++ redistributable is the #1 cause for a clr failure. So I gave you a valid answer. I am sorry I tried to help you. It will never happen again. I promise - ultimately!
@FranklinWannabe That's a huge list of mods, its pretty clear why the game lags so much. Like @Cyron43 said, most of these mods create lots of memory leaks and infinite loops which the developers don't care to correct.
