I solved it by replacing gameconfig with another modded gameconfig. Thanks for advice!

@elvn34 If i replace gameconfig the game crash, becouse i've installed some addons but I can try to download new gameconfig

I've just installed some mod(addons, trainer and other script mod), the game does not make me play the missions related to the acquired property and will not let me get into any type of store, and when I open the game, I do not resume from where I had saved.
