No one have any fixes? Anyone else have the same issue and looking for a fix?

I realise my post wasn't great at explaining, so here's a picture of the issue

A lot of my cars that should have modifications at benny's (eg comet retro and elegy retro etc) have no customisation.. I'm using single player with Menyoo and single player benny's but the cars don't have any customisation at all except for engine etc.. Even the wheels don't work and I've tried everything.. it's really bugging me. Any one else had this problem?
