Or just use this script . It basically renames your dinput8.dll and scripthookv.dll so you won't have to keep renaming them yourself or uninstalling it from OpenIV, etc. I personally edited the script slightly, so it automatically renames and starts GTA V from steam after renaming the files.

@MobWulff Well same here, I couldn't even figure out how to seperate the door from the chassis. And apparently, ZModeler 3 tutorials on google is so god damn trash, none of them are even straight to the point. I honestly wonder sometimes how people just figure out how to do this stuff cus I cant even find a decent tutorial on anything lol.
