Hey Naj! I hope you are doing well, my lad. Any news on the progress of this ride?

damn they must've really loved this car if they continued it for near 40 years.

the model file that has the citroends23_hi is considered "Very High" Lod file which is separate, maybe this is what GreenAid meant. In vehicles meta there are setting lines which can be set up how many meters the car model shows the "Very High" lod model before it goes into High and then from High to Medium etc.
I think what GreenAid meant is - your highest polygon count model should be Very High setup which you already have in citroends23_hi, then it should probably go into High which should be like 30-40k polies, then into medium which in your case is 8k polies and so forth.
The way you have it setup now is your Very High and High lods are the same. So it basically goes from Very High / High lods straight into Medium and the difference is noticeable.

Nice to see we gonna get the US type of license plate. Top one looks nice personally, but whatever you consider best shall be fine either way

Better to adapt it for GTA, of course. Clipping is always an undesired effect in games which should be avoided if possible, even if some authenticity needs to be sacrificed in the process. I'm sure no one will mind the slightly thinner console.

Hahah, Frank can't decide if he wants to press the clutch down or the brakes

Most definitely. Proper lods ensure that the car can be used in traffic problem free without crashing or texture loss for hours. So many mod authors ignore that, sadly. I'm glad your rides are properly done!

Good choice Naj. Rarely anyone these days uses replace versions for cars. Addons are just so much more convenient anyways. Looking good.

lmao now that's a funny video to introduce keys ! I don't think I've seen animated car keys in ignition in ANY gta game or any mod for gta. That's amazing

Beautiful. Will there be a 4 door variant like the Audi 100 that was made during those years, perhaps?

Damn these oldie cars had so much space to work in the engine compartment under the hood. Makes me envious how you could change everything yourself easily for these types of rides back then. Now everything is stuffed into modern cars with as little space remaining as possible, urgh

I'll be glad to cruise around in a non-rusty variant, no problem! This is beautifully crafted.
So as far as I understand, there is going to be 3 variants?A Cabrio
A 4 door
A CoupeRight? Cause that would be perfect, each one for the three main protagonists. Honestly a rusty livery wouldn't look too bad. I use the "faded" or "matte" template for paint when I choose rust livery and it looks Okay on other cars. Sure, a little bit of shine still remains, but it's definitely nothing too unrealistic.
Can't wait for the release! Cheers
