Okay...I copied over the "version.txt" file, copied over the DLClist file's two new lines into my DLC list file, then copied the newest uploaded limitless gameconfig (this site).

The game is crashing when attempting to load storymode. I am getting desperate. I could really use some help. The only thing from scripts/mods that I am awaiting an update for is Enhanced Native Trainer. I can't see how it could be a reason for causing the crash.

I'm stumped here.

ASI loader says to copy over the update.rpf and replace my modded one with it because it is "outdated". I would like to know if there is a way to find out which files need to be replaced so that the ASI loader wouldn't bug me about this stuff, because my Update.rpf is heavily modded, I mean a lot of files are changed because of mods.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sadly both of the script mods are buggy at this point in the current updates. For example, as Michael I activated the script inside his rental Premier car. He keeps holding one hand above the wheel and way above the resting position of the window. After exiting the car he keeps holding his hands as if he was driving single handed. Also when driving and doing a sharp turn he grabs the wheel with both hands, instead of turning the wheel with one hand. Alas, the scripts don't seem to work properly. That, or I am doing something not quite right.

So I still need help as of this moment.

Hello all.
Today I had a striking revelation. I found out that the main characters in story mode can cruise around in Buccaneer Custom with one hand holding the wheel while the other resting on the door. That looks amazing. I love to drive around like that myself during summer.

Question. Is this some sort of a line of code that could be added to perhaps addon cars? If so, which file and how is it called? I'm in love with this type of cruising. I did notice that the character is only able to turn the wheel in a limited manner, unable to spin it fully around (of sorts). But I would still really love to add this to a few of the addon cars that I am using.

I was disappointed to find out that this only applies to Buccaneer Custom, a car I dislike because of its atrociously low suspension (yeah yeah, I know, lowrider and all that).

Could anyone provide info if it's possible to add this feature to addon cars?

@ReNNie That would be the easiest way, I'm sure, but won't that effectively take away the more interesting weaponry that gang members or cops would be using? The advanced stuff (not the lasers) that was added via updates.

I got to Chilliad mountain at the beginning of the game with Franklin (sometime after the prologue mission with Lamar) and managed to get over the wooden fence behind the camp. The camp seemed initially abandoned at first glance, but then Altruist cultist babyboomers came running out from all sides and started shooting at me with Unholy Hellbringer, all of them. Just blasting away. I got bumrushed and killed.

I'm not sure how to react...I don't have any overhaul mods, other than Vanilla Extended Works(car pack) and Gta 4 (car pack), as well as World of Variety.

Why are the cultists using a futuristic laser canon instead of good ole' Aks and pistols and whatnot?

Help me solve this guys, I'm not really into this crap, while it may seem funny at first...I'll go right now there again for a second time and check it out if they are using those ridiculous guns, again.

@ReNNie Ah, thanks. Well, the solution is clear, but very tedious. I'll probably just use the Stock Tampa with no enhancements, as going through a hundred plus addon mods and changing their id's from 1024+ to lower (but not lower than 450 as I understood) for one car is just not worth it, heh. As I understood, in the future I should lower any added addon car's id number to lower than 1024 as well, yes? Any number down to 450 will do as long as it doesn't interfere with another same number, right? Just checking my facts for future reference.

@ReNNie That makes perfect sense. Alrighty, we know the root of my problem, is there any way to go around it without disabling a few hundred of my car addons? Perhaps I could copy the files that contain Tampa and other affected cars and change their IDs? I've no idea where to start, though. I dunno which folder/patch contains Tampa. Or if this would even work. Could you advise on the best solution to this? Thanks for helping
