Is there anyway to make scenes created or objects placed and saved with Menyoo's spooner to be made persistent and enabled from game launch instead of having to manually load it through the menus all the time?

i want of a refresh on GTA5s standard shades and graphics and im running a lot of scripts and mods so FPS are essential.

My fps are as low as i can bare at the moment due to NativeUI interacting with scripts and im trying to shred as many scripts as possible and i currently get a good constant 55-60 fps.

Are there any re shade or re texture mods out there that do wonders without an fps hit?
