I dont know what the fuck happened, but I did a system restore point that was made 1 day earlier and now it all works fine

So currently I only use Reshade for Rainbow Six Siege and GTA 5(with ENB) and for R6 the game starts up very slowly for windows, but for GTA 5 the launcher stops loading and then nothing happens and then it just crashes and says "GTA 5 exited unexpectedly"
When I remove reshade it works fine, but does anyone else have this and know whats up?
Specs:
i7 4790K
GTX 980Ti
16GB ram

So I wanna switch the faces between http://www.lcpdfr.co...-v3-oivmanuall/ and https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/beta-lspd-cop-ped-model so that the Beta faces would go to New LSPD Cop V3, I asked Rekram(Who made LSPD Cop V3) But he is busy, how do I do that?
