As per the quote from the description page, it should work.
No_GTAVLauncher is an alternative launcher to replace the Rockstar Games Launcher to launch GTA V. This one ignore the verification of GTAV's files If it does not work on your side maybe go check the comments to see if other users have the same issue, or ask help to the mod creator concerning your issue.

I cannot guide you on how to log into your Social Club account from the Rockstar Games Launcher as i am not using it at and i have not installed it. I have the 2013 retail version and the only thing i'm logging into is the Social Club directly from the Game. Once i load the game there is a window appearing on the top right hand corner where i can connect or log out my Social Club account.

@gamerpro023 Nothing much. Be sure that if you download too many cars and start seeing graphical glitches, crashes, etc, use a different game config.

You only need one gameconfig. I recommend WoV.

@gamerpro023 there is not certain number. Just once you have to much textures and polys to load it start dissappearing bulding, roads, tuning parts, some player extra clothes as hats etc. It's what we was speaking about in topic that I linked you before

I think extratitleupdatedata.meta isn't necessary anymore.

Well, aside from the frame rate and GPU usage, we don't know anything about your system, your game and your mods. That might be a better thing to start with. Check also this thread.

Some useful info for this specific problem would be

Game version Computer specifications Processor Amount of RAM Graphics HDD/SSD and space left on the drive GTA is installed on How the computer runs other games

Also be sure to check if your drivers are up-to-date and all that kind of maintenance stuff.

@Cyron43 thanks for the help,Im doing it in an alternative way.I disable openiv asi and asiloader by entering open iv,but Its the same with the things you said,just a different way.Anyway,my goal was playing the missions with mods but I guess thats not possible anymore.However,if anybody knows a gameconfig that might work,please write down.

Okay I know Its a tad bit late to reply,I forgot to check If Its vanilla,so I fixed that problem,I just copied vanilla x64 to mods folder and It worked like a charm,so I only got vehicle addons problem didnt fixed with yet,maybe I could find for It too.Thanks to anybody helping me out.
