I downloaded a mod called "coquette gte" this week and it is made by ryowatanabe201
This car has 4 different liveries but I cannot use them. No matter if I use simple native trainer or any other trainers the livery cannot be seen.
I want to know if anyone have the same problem with me? let me know!

In the SP game，if your character purchase a weapon then you can have it forever，no matter what you do they will always be there. 

But if you want to have online weapons in offline game，then you need a trainer to spawn them.  once you have your weapon，save them in the trainer，next time you start your game，load them from the trainer again to get them back.

To use addon mods，you need to install:  packfile limit adjuster，heap limit adjuster. 

gameconfig is also important but you need to choose right one.  I have 200 vehicles and I am using 3X traffic  3X peds.  which means this gameconfig can handle this amount of addon vehicles.  try to find the one you can use based on how many addons you have.

  This can be caused by using wrong gameconfig or the vehicle mod have some problems. 

   I have 200 cars installed and I am using 3X traffic  3X PEDs.  But if I use the other config like 2X traffic 2X peds then my game can crash after loading.  see if you have the right gameconfig.

If you install your car mods correctly and they are addons， find and install these plugins:

 packfile limit adjuster
 heap limit adjuster
 gameconfig

read the instructions and install them all，then see the problem is solved.

Usually，if you want to play DLC vehicles， the best way to do is spawn them manually by trainer.  If you want them automatically spawn on the street，it is ok but make sure related mod are the latest version and you installed everything correctly. 
For example，I had IVPack installed before，they can spawn IV vehicles and some DLC vehicles on the street. But this mod is currently outdated，so if you install them and the vehicles spawn on the street crashed my game.

Now I can only spawn them with trainer and disable spawn on the street and wait until a new update is available.

   I  had about 200 addons before，including addon vehicles and 15 interiors.  but when I enable mp maps my game crash.  finally I found  some of the interiors cannot compatible with my map，even they are addons. 
 I am not sure if your tree mods are addon? or maybe you enable the mp map at the same time? check them.  If it is then try to stop the tree mod and check your game again:)

You can use a trainer to spawn what you need. I am using simple native trainer now. it can spawn all online content，like maps vehicles and weapons. highly recommended!

 For the whole previous year I have been complaining about my game crash problems. I installed the IVPack and it make my game crash a lot. but now I fixed it. I want to share my experience to help people who still have problems. 

1. IVPack have over a hundred vehicles. which means you will need a new gameconfig for it. I highly recommend you to use the gameconfig made by F7Y0. choose the game config you want, and install it AFTER you install the IVPack. new game config will also change the number of vehicles that spawn on the road. choose the one you like.
2. sometimes even you install the new gameconfig, your game will still crash. usually it will crash when you play the game for about 20-30 minutes. for this problem, you can try to use the vehiclemodelsets.meta. find it at:
   update>update.rpf>common>data>ai
   replace the same file in the mod folder. I don't know how it works. it is a suggestion from F7Y0 but it works well.

If you check my topics, you will find a lot of topics about game crashes. sorry if I put so many similar problems, but this is really weird.
I installed a lot of mods before, and what I see was "unrecoverable fault" or " GTAV exited unexpectly" so I decided to decrease my mods. now I only have IVPack, gameconfig and trainer and replace two weapons. all required files are installed and their version is always the latest.
Now what happens is, my game crashes randomly, like before, but this time there is no messages like "game exited unexpectly" nothing, just crash. I tried many things, like remove the unnecessary programs. turn off the firewall. but still crashes.
I also asked the author of the mods, and they said their mod will not affect the game. the game was purchased from steam instead of other places like Epic.
wondering if there is any player who have the same problem like me?

@Reacon yup. I always use the trainer with the latest version(same with all my other mods)

@A-12T99 ok my game was purchased on steam many years ago. I installed all the required files, and asked the mod author but they said their mod is fine. probably it is because my laptop is too old.

My gta5 only have some simple mods, like IVPack, simple native trainer, new game config added 5 cars and replaced 3 weapons. however my game crashes every time when I play it(freeze and exited) what should I do?

For the previous few months I have been asking about the reasons that may crash my game. If you take a look at my topic you can find a lot...... sorry for bothering but this is so confused that I can't enjoy my game at all, I tried to ask many people but only receive a few replies...
Now seems like the mods I installed are pretty ok and they won't effect my game, but I think my game driver can be one of the reason. I use the GeForce experience and always keep the driver up to date, my friend told me the new game driver may contain bugs and cannot fit all the games.
So, for these guys who never have a game crash problem, can you share which version of the driver are you using? thank you:)

My game always shows like" unrecoverable fault please restart the game" since previous update. I have several mods in this game for fun, like replaced weapons and addon cars, simple native trainers, IVPack inside, the weapon and car mods are old, usually from several years ago but I don't think they can crash my game, the other mods like the trainer and IVPack I usually keep them updated, even I did all of this, my game still crash, is there any other reason can cause this? please let me know if anyone know what happend, thanks!

after the latest update my game has a big problem. I installed a lot of mods before, like addon vehicles and replaced weapons. now my game crashed buecause of these mods, I guess it's because I have too many of them......is there any tool can help me deal with this problem? My game has the scripthookV with latest version installed, but these days after I played with several minutes the game showed as" unrecoverable fault please restart the game" I have no idea about what happen with my game, I have a lot of mods installed,like nitro mod and some weapons mods, but some of them are from several years ago and stopped updating for years, ( I had a mod from 2015 last year but the game was fine) so did these old mods caused my game's problem, or just simply, wait for the scripthookV's update? thanks!

@Anonymoused281 thanks bro, and by the way, I installed some add-on vehicles after I installed IVPack, but now in the trainer I can only find add-on cars, the IVPack cars were missing, do you know what should I do?

          might be a stupid question, but I always have this problem after I reinstalled my game, after I create a mod folder, at first page, should I put update.rpf only or I need to put something else?  (if my memory is right I should put one more folder)

if I put update.rpf only, the oiv file can be installed into the mod folder perfectly but the other replacement mods won't work......let me know if I made any mistakes thanks:)

My game has a big problem today, I downloaded a mod that required me to change the game's vehicle and handling. meta, I did everything right but the mod ruined my game,(works fine but will crash my game in a minute) so I delete my mod, and fix two meta files, then everything works fine with my game, but I can only switch my characters between Trevor and M, if I switch to Franklin, my game will stuck and crash, is there anyway I can do to solve this problem?

I think the author of scripthookV is busy on his own work or some other reasons so the update will be late, but trust me, he will be back soon, all we need to do is be patient and wait, probably several weeks or longer.

I am not alone lol, but seriously, there are a lot of nice cars from WD and WD2, my favourite cars are like boxberg, adament and vessel, but they look a little bit weird on their names and outlooks, maybe they won't exist in gta5 because I don't think there will be a lot of gta fans who like WD series as well.....and by the way, what's the name of the tool that used to make car mods? I would like to learn how to make car mods with it, if it's necessary.d
